Luxury real estate 

Marketing, branding and advertising for high net worth real estate clients and developments.


Ew. I know.  Luxury real estate.  It sounds gross. But it's pretty rad. Living in Hawaii for more than 22 years and being an ad guy attracted to beautiful things— luxury real estate is one of Hawaii's lushest targets.  I have worked on Hawaii's largest and most luxurious property projects, developments, and I oversee all advertising for Hawaii's largest independent brokerage where we crank-out more than $1B in sales per year. 


In 2018, designed and sold the first Hothead designed and built home.

Mango Mamas

Iconic North Shore Juicebar and Cafe


Mango Mamas served fresh juices, smoothies, espresso and foods all wrapped up in a playful package and is still talked about to this day.


Branded with striking visual exterior and hipness, Mango Mamas served the North Shore community and remained a popular community hub for more than a decade. 


Mango Mama's was a local and tourist favorite and was featured in national, local and international press such as Vanity Fair and InStyle Magazine and as a popular shoot location for fashion, advertising and editorial with the likes of Jennifer Garner and other celebrities.



Kauai ​Folk

Community Music Festival 


Kauai Folk is a entertainment business on the island of Kauai. Kauai Folk hosted The Kauai Folk 2019 Festival that showcased Old Time, Americana,  Tropical, and Hawaiian music, dance and craft on five music stages featuring  local, indie and legendary grammy-winning artists.

In addition to live music,  Kauai Folk Festival 2019 featured experiential learning of age-old crafts with artisan workshops like stringed instruments and song to blacksmithing and lei making along with artist speaker sessions along with foods and drink from a curated selection of local favorites like Kauai Juice Co, Ya Quddus Bagels, BBQ, The FreshShave and bevies Maui Brewing Company, Kupu Spirits and others.

Kauai Folk Fest successfully hosted more than 4,000 festival goers, 22 acts on 4 music stages, 12 workshops, 16 vendors on the historic grounds of Grove Farm estate and garnered international media and press!

Specialty tea brand, retail store and cafe, wholesale program


Remedy Teas revolutionized specialty loose leaf tea in the heart Seattle, WA, the epicenter of coffee's reinvention.


Remedy Teas store featured more than 150 organic loose leaf teas, specialty tea drinks, foods, and specialized tea servers. 


Remedy Teas retail line included more than 150 organic loose leaf teas, contemporary tea ware and accessories available at the flagship Capitol Hill Seattle location and online.


Remedy Teas wholesale line featured full service for restaurant and retail including tea service, and wholesale loose leaf tea line featured at retailers like Whole Foods. 


Remedy Teas was featured in Bon Apetit, Fresh Cup Magazine, Sunset Magazine and more.
